Payment Policy
- Cash
- Check – With a valid Driver’s License.
- The bounced check fee is $45.00 per occurrence.
- Visa or MasterCard – With a valid Driver’s License.
- There is a $25.00 Decline Card Fee.

ALL CHECK & CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Return Policy
- NO RETURNS without store receipt. Refunds will be equal to payment.
- NO RETURNS AFTER 10 DAYS
- Items must be returned in the same condition as they were purchased.
- PREVIOUSY USED EQUIPMENT is sold as is. NO RETURNS on Previously used Equipment.
Special Orders
- Special orders under $200.00 need a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT before the order is placed.
- Special Orders over $201.00 needs 50% NON-REFUDABLE DEPOSIT before the order is placed.
- Special Orders on any saddles require payment in full before the order is placed.
Layaway
- Layaways require a 25% non refundable deposit and the final payment date will be determined at the start of each layaway. Payments can be mailed or hand delivered. After 30 days with no payment or contact from the customer, the item(s) will be returned to the shelf and your deposit will be forfeited. Some layaway items may still be displayed for others to see.
